Objectives:

My Role:

As an UX designer, I played a role in conceptualizing, designing and implementing the app's user experience. This case study outlines the problem-solving journey undertaken to create a seamless, personalized and efficient tool that became an essential part of our teammates’ daily routines.

Project Overview:

The aim of the project is to create a super-app that consolidates various applications into a single, intuitive platform, providing internal team members with intelligent data insights on a daily basis. This comprehensive solution will transform how users interact with order processing, stock management, product information, and real-time dashboards by seamlessly integrating these functions into a unified experience.

Challenges aimed to address :

We will have to personalize the content based on the user, for example the ops team mates see more information about order, PO and stock. A Brand user will see more sales and marketing spend data etc. To be able to personalize the data we need to ensure we get the right data from Google about the brand, department and country the user is logged for, this needs to be at the time of on-boarding. The data for the current set of users needs to be added.
